Job Title: Office Generalist

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support across various departments, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees, organizing company events, and maintaining employee records.
  • Handle general office duties, including answering phones, managing emails, and coordinating office logistics.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
