YvY is looking for a highly qualified candidate with a Masters Degree in Education for their Title I office.
The Educational Assistant aids in administrative and logistical tasks to support Title I program supervisors. This role involves organizing educational resources, maintaining records, and facilitating communication to ensure the effective implementation of Title I initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Assist Title I supervisors in managing documentation, schedules, and program files.
Prepare and organize materials for Title I meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
Maintain accurate records of Title I program activities, expenditures, and compliance reports.
Handle correspondence, including emails and memos, related to Title I program operations.
Data Management:
Collect, organize, and input data related to Title I program metrics and outcomes.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Help track and monitor the progress of Title I initiatives and funding utilization.
Communication Facilitation:
Facilitate communication by scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting notes.
Assist in disseminating information and updates related to Title I programs to relevant parties.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure that all Title I documentation and activities adhere to federal, state, and local regulations.
Assist in the preparation and submission of required compliance reports and documentation.
Help monitor adherence to Title I program guidelines and timelines.
Event and Meeting Support:
Assist in the planning and coordination of Title I events, training sessions, and workshops.
Prepare materials and set up venues for Title I meetings and events.
Provide logistical support during Title I professional development activities.
Professional Development:
Participate in training and professional development opportunities related to Title I program management and administration.
Stay informed about updates and changes in Title I regulations and best practices.
Other Duties:
Support additional tasks as assigned by Title I supervisors to facilitate program operations.
Maintain confidentiality of all Title I program information and records.
Qualifications:
Education:
Master level (required).
Experience:
Previous educational and administrative experience in an educational setting.
Familiarity with Title I program requirements and regulations (preferred)
PT approximately 20-24 hours per week.
